Overview
The Anna Wyman School of Dance Arts operates its studio at 1457 Marine Drive in West Vancouver, BC. Instructional facilities include two dance studios equipped with professionally sprung dance floors.
The School runs on three terms per year: Fall (16 weeks approx.), Winter/Spring(22 weeks approx.)/Summer School. For optimum dance training, students should attend the Fall and Winter Terms. Summer school is recommended.
As part of the training program, The Anna Wyman School of Dance Arts presents four major performances each school year involving all students. The shows are presented at The Centennial Theatre in North Vancouver. In addition, the school performs several shows each year around the lower mainland.
The School offers training in Classical Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Flamenco, Tap, Musical Theatre, and Hip Hop.
The Anna Wyman School of Dance Arts maintains high standards in both teacher selection and in student training. Instructors are selected based on merit and credentials. We want each child to have an invaluable dancing experience regardless of age, background, or ability. The school's aim is to enhance the dynamics of life through the arts.
