Antonia

Buongiorno, My name is Antonia Nowtash and I was born and raised in Lake Como, Italy. Dance has always been a part of my life and now I am a licensed Zumba(r) instructor and BCRPA Group Fitness Leader. I also have a B.A. in Arts, Languages and am a Certified Translator and teach Italian for adults.

I believe that dancing is a very special way to express ourselves and to communicate, a language more powerful, immediate and poetic than one that uses words, and it can bring people together in a much faster way. I absolutely love teaching Zumba(r) because it is all of this, and it's a great and fun workout too.

Check the official Zumba(r) website for more information at http://www/zumba.com/ and come join me at Anna Wyman's!
